Gratz Industries® is the original manufacturer of Pilates apparatus. Started by Frank Gratz in New York City in 1928, this fabrication and tradition continued with Frank's son Donald Gratz who applied his engineering and metalworking expertise working closely with Romana Kryzanowska

THE ROMANA'S PILATES® TEACHER
TRAINING PROGRAM
Joseph and Clara Pilates passed on the Pilates work to their protégé, Romana Kryzanowska, who created the Romana’s Pilates® Teacher Certification program.
This program requires a minimum of 600 hours of training, renewed annually through a Romana’s Pilates® Continuing Professional Education course.
