Pilates classes are 50-minutes, maximum of 8 people, so each participant receives individual attention. (Mats & towels provided.)
Along with the mat exercises, the exercises on the auxiliary Pilates equipment are used in class: Half and Full Barrels (including Leg Series), Magic Circles, Push Up Handles, Arm Springs and Arm Weights.
Wednesday 12 noon - Open Level*
Class level based on participants, with modifications for levels.
Wednesday 5:30 pm - Open Level*
This class moves more dynamically, with modifications for levels.
Thursday 9 am - Open Level*
Class level based on participants, with modifications for levels.
Friday 11 am - Delicate Power Hour!
Level: 1st time/Injuries or "Concerns"

*Open Level classes: exercises are modified for each person to accommodate different levels and Pilates experience.
