Classes are 50-minutes, maximum of 5 people, so each participant receives individual attention.
In addition to the mat exercises, explore the exercises on the auxiliary Pilates equipment:
Half and Full Barrels (including Leg Series), Magic Circles, Arm Springs and Arm Weights, Push-Up Device.
8 am Mondays - Open Level (Beginner to Intermediate)
