Pilates classes are 50-minutes, maximum of 8 people, so each participant receives individual attention. (Mats & towels provided.)
Along with the mat exercises, the exercises on the auxiliary Pilates equipment are used in class: Half and Full Barrels (including Leg Series), Magic Circles, Push Up Handles, Arm Springs and Arm Weights.

10 am Tuesday & Thursday
5:30 pm Thursday
All classes are based on participants.
Exercises are modified for each person to accommodate different levels and Pilates experience.

5 Pack: $85 ($17 each)
10 Pack: $150 ($15 each)
