Private & Duet Sessions are 55-minutes.
Mat Classes are 50-minutes.

Along with the mat exercises, the exercises on the auxiliary Pilates equipment are used in class:
Half and Full Barrels (including Leg Series), Magic Circles, Push Up Handles, Arm Springs and Arm Weights.
